2 BACK TO BACK Cadillac-LaSalle Club Owners, currently the property of the Central VA Region Director.

Chrome very good, especially the plastichrome radiator grille which are always broken on this model - not here.
Body rust-free with a few door dings here and there; a day with the Dent Wizard would have the car back to showroom.

Rear of car sits level thanks to new air shocks and ELC (Level-ride) tubing back to the compressor. System works flawlessly. Car regularly carries a full complement of passengers and a full trunk of luggage. Level-Ride takes about three adjustments to sit level all the way home down I-95.

Yes, the radio antenna works, the car is running in this picture and the radio is on.

Unlike many of these cars from the factory, this one sits level, having had the spring shim bulletin carried out (build error somewhat common on Roadmaster/Fleetwood/Caprice/Impala et.c.) by my chassis and suspension specialist.

The flash picked up some fresh dirt on the driver's seat - I cleaned and conditioned the interior 3 months ago with Gliptone. I will do it again for the successful bidder. Seat is free of rips or tears in leather and stitching - even the side vinyl does not have the all-too-common hole in it.

The dash and steering wheel are not that bright, again the flash picked up more than it should have. Steering wheel leather was cleaned as were the seats and has no flaws. Carpet is a little dirty from use but has no damage. All interior comfort and convenience accessories work as they should, from the Cruise Control to the Twilight Sentinel and more.

This car has the rare AM/FM/CD/Cassette deck, a period $300 upcharge from the regular cassette deck. I had to have the entire CD section overhauled by a factory authorized GM repair center we just happen to have in town.

Climate control works flawlessly, A/C is ice cold and heat will chase you out, especially with the heated seats on.

This car is also fitted with a Homelink transmitter for up to three garage doors or other remote control compatible devices. It is rolling-code compatible as you can see from the amber (not red) indicator light. I use it on two garage doors I have here, one of which is rolling code, the other not. Instructions are all over the web as Homelink is on practically every car today.

The front passenger's seat is as clean as the rest of the interior, and all power adjustments work as well.

Pardon the pesky flash again, this is not 1974 Cadillac blue leather, but more subdued 1994. Center armrest has pull-out cupholder and oddments tray. Rear seats have ceiling mounted vanity mirrors, all OK including headliner (not pictured).

The same from the other side.

The original window sticker is still with the car, as are recent service records. Speaking of which, here's the list of what's been done lately to document the renovation of this fine car:

The LT-1 and related componentry. I just took this car on a 250 mile trip today. It is ready for more. I can find no fault with this car mechanically, it is ready to drive anywhere. Car returns roughly 22mpg in fast highway conditions with a full load, somewhat less around town, but right around the original window sticker claims. Everything you see here and above works.

Just in case you wanted more information I didn't provide above, here's the SPID which can be decoded on any number of GM enthusiast websites.

who am I/why am I selling?

I'm Chip Lamb, Director for the Central VA Region of the Cadillac-LaSalle Club. I've had this car a while and it's time for something else. I only seem to use it for one purpose, the private chauffeur work I do for a few select folks, and I'm moving on from these tasks in the coming year. This is my second 1994 Brougham and one of more than 10 Cadillacs I have owned over the years. I currently also own a 1940 LaSalle and a plethora of other interesting vehicles, and operate a small collector car parts business. I have done much of the aforementioned work to this car and I made sure everything was done right. That's more than can be said for most of these cars for sale.

Naturally, this car sports a current VA State Inspection good through 9/2007, so if you live in-state, that's one less thing to worry about.

payment/shipping terms

Payment must be received within seven days of successful bid via bank cheque or cash on pickup. No exceptions unless cleared with me in advance.

Shipping - I urge you to fly out and drive this car home. You'll have a good time. Bring your CDs and a change of clothes. If time is tight, however, I will work with the shipper of your choice to the best of my ability. I've been doing this a long time, so I know how it goes. I will not make arrangements for you - this is up to you. Shipment in this case must take place within fourteen days of successful bid - again, no exceptions unless cleared with me in advance.
